Namun konon Celeron tidak mendukung fitur Turbo Boost, Hyper Threading, serta AVX yang selama ini menjadi andalan teknologi Intel. Ini dilakukan untuk mereduksi harga chip bagi pasar yang lebih murah.
Produk tersebut nantinya tak akan digunakan untuk menggantikan arsitektur Wolfdale (E3400 dan E3500) yang diluncurkan sejak Januari 2010 lalu.
Januari 2011, Intel meluncurkan prosesor Core i5 dan Core i7 generasi kedua. Sementara model Core i3-nya hadir bulan Februari 2011. Tunggu saja Sandy Bride berharaga murah ini hadir di Indonesia.
