"Hitachi sudah sekitar tiga tahun tidak mengeluarkan produk TV. Tapi saat ini kami tidak buat LCD TV tapi langsung keluarkan LED TV yang ramah lingkungan," ujar Citra Wijaya, Director Sales Hitachi Indonesia saat ditemui di Log In Store.
Dengan mengusung teknologi yang ramah lingkungan, pabrikan asal Jepang ini berharap bisa memikat pasar televisi di Indonesia. Tak hanya itu, tingginya permintaan akan televisi di Indonesia juga menjadi harapan Hitachi untuk bisa menjadi salah satu pemain besar
"Kami berharap produk ini bisa menguasai 5 persen pasar TV LED di Indonesia," harapnya.
Hiroshi Honda, Sales Manager Hitachi Asia Ltd.co saat berbincang di tempat yang sama mengungkapkan bahwa saat ini permintaan LED TV di Indonesia rata-rata mencapai 100 ribu unit per bulan. Karenanya, angka lima persen merupakan angka yang wajar yang diharapkan diraih di pasar televisi nasional.
